My Thirteenth Retreat

This upcoming retreat will be my 13th group meditation/yoga retreat since 2016, and my 9th at Pumpkin Hollow Retreat Center.

In the coming year I will take a little rest from teaching that requires travel, so that I can fully focus on work projects closer to home. This feels significant/auspicious and it inspired me to go through all the old retreat rosters, and reflected on all the fabulous groups of humans who I've gotten to work with.
